Here's a good way to pray. Because gratitude is often much more foundational than I give it credit for:
Find a good way to sit.
Breathe for a while.
Relax that place right behind your eyes.
Remember your whole day, bit by bit. Start in the morning and go straight through, in time with your breathing. With each breath, each image, say thank you.
If there are memories that stop you, that need more, pause there and pray for whatever needs praying.
